Our team will schedule interviews with key staff members and learn about the projects needs. If the work is on existing code we'll audit the code to make sure we understand how it works, and how it doesn't.
Evaluation and Planning
We'll prepare a plan of action to execute the changes needed including an outline of work, estimated costs and timeline.
Any information architecture, like database schematics or system architecture will also be drafted up in broad strokes to understand the complexity of the project.
