Discovery & Audit

We'll talk a whole lot about your business and what kind of issues you're facing.

Our team will schedule interviews with key staff members and learn about your technical infrastructure and needs. In some cases we may do workshops to tease out and fully understand the complexities you face.

Evaluation and Planning

We'll prepare a set of recommendations, including areas for deeper exploration, things which can be done right away and a basic outline of costs and timeline.

Working along with you we'll isolate the highest value, highest risk issues to address first and come up with a plan to get things done quickly.

Get Things Done!

We'll flesh out the steps and resources necessary to get problems solved, and when everyone is on the same page, we dive in!

We'll take clearly defined actions and give regular status updates as we start resolving our identified problems.

Check in and Asess

As issues get resolved and progress is made we'll take deliberate moments to stop, assess and consider our path forward.

Perhaps the work has revealed new issues or opportunities. Perhaps goals have changed. Perhaps we've made enough progress for now.

Whatever the case, we'll reassess and take the next step together.
